Helix Forge Peptides ships to addresses within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Express Shipping — $19.99–$39.99 (zone-based) — 2 to 3 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Helix Forge Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Due to the nature of research-grade peptides and strict quality control requirements, all sales are final. Helix Forge Peptides does not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.

Exceptions may be considered only in the following situations:

• You received the wrong product — contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received.
• Your product arrived visibly damaged or compromised — contact us within 5 business days with photographic evidence.
• Your order was lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the carrier.

Approved refunds or replacements are issued at the sole discretion of Helix Forge Peptides. Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
