Order Processing
Orders placed before 12PM CST on business days are typically processed same day. Orders placed after 12PM CST, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day.

Research credentials and account status are verified before fulfillment begins.
Packaging
Products are packaged in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging with desiccant as needed.
Dispatch
Tracking information is emailed once the shipment is picked up by the carrier.
Delivery
Estimated delivery window begins from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Where We Ship
Domestic (United States)
We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories. All domestic shipments are sent to verified research addresses on file with your account.
International
We currently do not ship internationally.
Return Policy
All Sales Final. Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Shipping Errors
If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of receipt at jimmy@helixforgepeptides.com with your order number and a photo of what was received. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or shows evidence of a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will review and issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost Shipments
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 5 business days. We will open a carrier investigation. Replacements for lost shipments are issued after the carrier investigation is complete (typically 5–7 business days).
